武汉长盛工程检测技术开发有限公司是于2003年成立的专业从事岩土工程测试技术研究及相关仪器开发的高新技术企业，专注于工程检测新方法新仪器的研究开发与生产。公司现有员工80余人，90%具有大学本科以上学历，其中数人具有博士学位或技术职称，多人次荣获省市级科学技术进步奖一等奖和二等奖，技术力量雄厚。主要成员来自长江水利委员会和中南大学、武汉大学、华中科技大学等高等院校，均为长期从事与土木建筑、岩土工程、工程测试、检测、工程物探及微电子技术、自动控制及信号处理等专业的工程技术人员。公司拥有发明专利3项，实用新型专利5项，正在申请的发明专利3项。公司参与编写了水电及交通建筑行业的锚杆锚固质量无损检测技术规程，正在参与编写桥梁预应力管道压浆质量检测的技术规程。
